Consume a high protein, low carb, and low fat diet everyday and drink pleanty of water during the day to keep your body running smoothly.

Here I will add many diet tips according to my experience and knowledge that I have been getting during my bodybuilding carrier.

Your protein consumption should be from sources like:

  • Chicken
  • Turkey
  • Fish
  • Lean beef
  • Lean pork
  • Some grains like garbanzo beans, which are also the type of carbohydrates adequate for healthy diets.

Your carbohydrate sources should come (but not limited) from:

  • Grains like brown rice and beans
  • Pastas
  • Wheat bread
  • Vegetables
  • Fruits.

Your fats should come from sources like:

  • Walnuts
  • Almonds
  • All type of seeds (sunflower)
  • Avacado
  • Fish Oil (omega 3 & 6)

Water (at least 2 liters during the day)
